.ABOUT THE PROJECT
This living space showcases a refined blend of contemporary minimalism and timeless materiality. The design centers around the soft, inviting Lema Cloud sofa, whose relaxed silhouette creates a sense of serene comfort while anchoring the composition with a modern profile.
At the heart of the seating area, the BANGLE Rectangular glass coffee table by Minotti, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, serves as both a functional surface and a sculptural focal point.
Suspended above, the Flos Wireline pendant adds an element of airy precision, its linear form defining the spatial rhythm without overwhelming the calm, refined palette.
We maintain attention to detail — from the balance of materials and colors to the ergonomics of the zones.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE ORIGINAL LAYOUT?
- The actual dimensions of the bed are not taken into account. On the plan, the dimensions of the mattress itself, and the bed will take plus 10-20 cm on each side. Also the mattress width of 160 cm is uncomfortable for a couple.
- A small bedroom with a small, strange wardrobe. In this case, it is better to arrange a regular closet, rather than build walls.
- Too big corridor and a lot of unused space.
- The distribution of zones in the bathrooms looks ill-conceived. It looks like everything is placed on the walls. Especially in the master bathroom, the shower cabin is located as if attached, because it had to be put somewhere. It doesn't look grammatical.
- Short TV zone. Sitting on the sofa, you can immediately see the door in front of you. It is the long, wide compositions of the TV zone that look advantageous.
- The door in one of the nurseries opens directly into the wall, it is better not to make such corners in the corridors or avoid them altogether.
RE-PLANNING FROM DANAMARC STUDIO
Children's rooms with a competent arrangement of furniture, with full-fledged sleeping places. Such nurseries can be used as guest rooms later. Beds with a mattress size of 160x200 cm, as well as a large good bed in the master bedroom.
The spacious master bathroom has a free-standing bathtub, and most importantly, a full dressing room.
IS THERE A KITCHEN IN THIS HOME?
Considering the compact nature of the living area, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen and dining space, we designed a concealed kitchen with sliding fronts that fully enclose the working surface.
When closed, the kitchen visually disappears, transforming into an elegant wall unit finished with wooden panels. This creates the impression that the space is free from a traditional kitchen as a functional zone, allowing the interior to feel calmer, more cohesive, and visually refined.
This solution proved especially practical for an open-plan layout, as it preserves a clean, sophisticated aesthetic without compromising functionality when needed.

The material palette brings tactile warmth and elevated sophistication: a kitchen travertine countertop introduces natural texture and understated luxury, while veneer provides a smooth, rich backdrop that unifies the scheme.
Together, these elements create a living environment that feels purposeful, elegant, and effortlessly modern — a space where comfort and timeless style coexist in perfect balance.
.MASTER & TEEN BEDROOMS
In the master-block layout we designed, we created a spacious walk-in wardrobe enclosed by a glass partition — through it there is access to the master bathroom, which makes the block highly convenient and private while remaining bright and visually light.
The walls are clad with veneered panels that give the room a warm texture and an elegant visual rhythm. The focal point of the composition is the OUIN NOWIND bed — neat and monumental at once, it sets the tone for the entire interior. The atmosphere is shaped by graceful FLOS light fixtures, which gently accentuate the main zones; the FLOS FACCIA on the bedside table adds an accent with textures.
