Step 01

BRIEF & SITE VISIT

Define goals, lifestyle needs, scope, and constraints.
The process begins with an initial consultation, where we explore your vision, lifestyle requirements, daily habits, and expectations for the future space.

Arranging a site visit to the property to carry out measurements and gain a deeper understanding of the space.

LAYOUT & CONCEPT

Planning an ergonomic layout solution based on all collected data.
Development of a stylistic concept.

Step 03

SKETCH & SELECTION

After the layout and stylistic direction are approved, we move on to developing detailed interior designs for all spaces in the form of 3D sketches. At this stage, we define the color palette and finishing materials, choose specific furniture, plumbing, lighting, and develop concepts for custom-made elements.

Step 04

3D VISUALIZATIONS

Once the sketches have been finalised and approved, we proceed with creating detailed, photorealistic 3D visualisations of the interior.

Step 05

DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS

Detailed drawings ensure precise construction and installation, while complete documentation maintains clarity and prevents errors. The specification is presented as a curated list with all items priced and calculated in line with the project budget.

REALIZATION

Author supervision keeps the project aligned with the original design intent.
