Thanks to competent planning, interior design acquires harmonious forms, and its functionality is more ergonomic.
Planning is 80-90% of a beautiful and thoughtful interior design.

.REDESIGN OF A PRIVATE HOUSE, 125 m²

  • WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE ORIGINAL LAYOUT?
    • The actual dimensions of the bed are not taken into account. On the plan, the dimensions of
the mattress itself, and the bed will take plus 10-20 cm on each side. Also the mattress width
of 160 cm is uncomfortable for a couple.
    • A small bedroom with a small, strange wardrobe. In this case, it is better to arrange a regular closet, rather than build walls.
    • Too big corridor and a lot of unused space.
    • The distribution of zones in the bathrooms looks ill-conceived. It looks like everything is
placed on the walls. Especially in the master bathroom, the shower cabin is located as if
attached, because it had to be put somewhere. It doesn't look grammatical.
    • Short TV zone. Sitting on the sofa, you can immediately see the door in front of you. It is the
long, wide compositions of the TV zone that look advantageous.
    • The door in one of the nurseries opens directly into the wall, it is better not to make such
corners in the corridors or avoid them altogether.
    • RE-PLANNING FROM DANAMARC STUDIO
Children's rooms with a competent arrangement of furniture, with full-fledged sleeping
places. Such nurseries can be used as guest rooms later. Beds with a mattress size of
150x200 cm, as well as a large good bed in the master bedroom.

The spacious master bathroom has a free-standing bathtub, and most importantly, a full
      dressing room.

      • APARTMENT REDESIGN, 66.4 m²

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE LAYOUT FROM THE DEVELOPER?
        • Narrow long corridor (1 meter). It is better to make a corridor 1.4 m, but if space does not
          allow 1.2 m at least.
        • The doors to the small bathroom open inward, which is a big mistake. Due to the fact that
the corridor is narrow, there was no other option than opening the door.
        • The bedroom doors open directly onto the bed. The size of the bed is small, it is better, if
possible, to put a mattress with a width of 180 cm in the master bedrooms.
        • Boxes are lined up in the kitchen, and making countertops on the sides of the shaft is not the
best solution that will visually lose. It is better to make one wall in columns to hide the
          vertical shaft box.
        • A protruding wall in the kitchen separating the corridor and the kitchen. It is better, if you
want to fence, to provide a decorative type of zoning.
        • The entrance to the large bathroom is directly through the sink. Due to the fact that the door
is located close to the right wall, this is not the best place to bring the sink out.

          CUSTOMER REQUEST:
The clients wanted to make the master bedroom upstairs and also have an entrance to the
toilet from the bedroom. Shower cabins in both bathrooms, combining the utility room with a
          small bathroom.
Make a second small room for a small child in the future and an office in the current one.

          • The narrow corridor is gone. Now it is 1.2 m, and you can easily open the door there.
          • There is a full master bedroom with its own bathroom. I had to move the toilet, in which case
it can be done on the wall where the bathroom was.
          • The space in the second bathroom is used as much as possible, without changing the
location of the toilet bowl. Now there is a shower room, a place for a dryer and a washing
            machine.
          • In the kitchen, the partition wall and only one countertop against the wall disappeared, and
an island with a bar counter appeared.
